Shipping Policy

Please note: Shipping to the country of your choice is subject to local taxes and duties. Arctic Bay can ship our products worldwide and uses priority shipping from FedEx for most shipments. For shipments to smaller cities, we may use local postal services such as Canada Post and Korea Post.

Standard Shipping Rates and Times

A soon as your payment is cleared, Arctic Bay will ship your package. All our parkas and winter accessories ship from our warehouse in Canada. For deliveries to the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after shipping. For all other areas, delivery could take 7-10 business days.
Arctic Bay is dedicated to making our premium-quality parkas and outerwear accessible to everyone. For this reason, when shipping to certain destinations worldwide becomes too costly for the customer, Arctic Bay will cover a portion of the shipping, lowering the shipping costs for customers. 

Returns

Arctic Bay will gladly accept the return of unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. To return your Arctic Bay parkas, jackets, and/or accessories, please contact us at support@arcticbay.ca. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped from our distribution centre, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package. For more information about your shipment and its status, you can contact support@arcticbay.ca.
