Shipping Policy
Please note: Shipping to the country of your choice may be subject to local taxes and duties. Arctic Bay ships our premium-quality Made in Canada winter jackets worldwide, using priority shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, or Purolator for most orders. For shipments to smaller cities, we may use local postal services such as Canada Post or Korea Post.
Standard Shipping Rates and Times
Arctic Bay processes your order for same-day or next-day shipping once payment has cleared. All our winter jackets and accessories are shipped from our warehouses in Canada, located in Mississauga and Winnipeg.
- For deliveries to the United States and Canada, orders are typically shipped the next day after processing and delivered within 2–3 business days.
- For all other international destinations, delivery may take 5–10 business days.
Arctic Bay is dedicated to making our premium Made in Canada winter jackets accessible worldwide. In cases where shipping costs are high for certain international destinations, Arctic Bay will cover a portion of the shipping, lowering costs for our customers.

Order Tracking
