Return policy

Arctic Bay is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise, including Made in Canada winter jackets and accessories, within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in brand-new condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

A fixed $24 restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee will not be charged for exchanges or if there is a problem with the order, such as a manufacturing defect or an error in model, size, or color.

During sales events, if specific items or collections are declared “final sale”, returns will not be accepted for those items, unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, Arctic Bay may, at our discretion, exchange the item or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email returns@arctic-bay.ca to request a Merchandise Return Authorization (RMA). You will receive an RMA number along with shipping instructions. Clearly mark your package with the RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods, processing may take longer.

This policy applies to all Made in Canada winter jackets and accessories sold by Arctic Bay.
