Arctic Bay is committed to the quality of our products and to the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. Item has to be in the original brand new condition with all the tags attached and in the original packaging. We will charge a fixed $24 restocking fee for all returns. The fee will not be charged for exchanges or if there was a problem with the order (manufacturing defect, wrong model or size or color shipped as our error).
During sales events, if specific sales items or collections are declared "final sale", no returns will be accepted for such items, unless there is a manufacturing defect. In this case we will, at our discretion, exchange the item or issue a full refund, in case the replacement is not available.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the original method of payment. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
To initiate a return, please send us an email to returns@arctic-bay.ca and request a merchandise return. We will respond with the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and shipping instructions. Please clearly mark the package with the RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods please allow for more time.
