Arctic Bay stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
Standard Returns (Non-Discounted Purchases)
We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

All original tags are attached

Items are in brand-new condition

Original packaging is included
A $24 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
This fee is waived for:

Exchanges
-
Errors on our part (wrong model, size, or colour)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Discounted & Sale Items — Final Sale
All purchases made with a DISCOUNT are FINAL SALE.
For discounted items:

No refunds are available

Customers may request:

An exchange for another size, colour, or product of equal value, or
-
Store credit for a future purchase

If a discounted item has a manufacturing defect, Arctic Bay will, at its discretion:

Replace the item if available, or
-
Issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact returns@arctic-bay.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

An RMA number and shipping instructions will be provided

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package

Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed and will be returned to the sender
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, processing typically takes 5–7 business days.
During peak or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
This policy applies to all Made in Canada Arctic Bay winter jackets and accessories.
