Arctic Bay Limited Warranty
At Arctic Bay, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every Arctic Bay jacket is Made in Canada and built to withstand the harshest winter conditions. We stand behind our work and want you to enjoy your jacket for many years. Our Limited Warranty applies to the original owner and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the normal usable life of the product. Normal usable life means the expected period of wear by the first owner, not unlimited time.
What’s Covered
- Defects in zippers, snaps, buttons, stitching, and other hardware
- Repairs performed when issues occur under normal wear and proper care
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, fire, or theft
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading, fabric thinning, or pilling over time
- Alterations or modifications — these void the warranty
Warranty During Promotions
All Arctic Bay products, whether purchased at regular price or during special promotional events (such as Black Friday or holiday sales), are covered by our Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects. If a jacket has been worn and shows damage, we will first inspect it. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the warranty applies. If the damage is due to normal wear, misuse, or negligence, repairs may still be offered at our factory in Canada for a service fee, payable by the customer.
How to Make a Claim
- Ensure your jacket is freshly cleaned before sending it in.
- Provide proof of purchase from Arctic Bay or an authorized retailer.
- Contact us at warranty@arctic-bay.ca or return your jacket to your authorized Arctic Bay dealer.
If your jacket has damage not covered under warranty, we may still be able to repair it at our Canadian factory for a standard service fee. We will confirm the cost with you before proceeding.
